Working at the Seven One Tech Hub is so much more than just a job. With you as a Tech Recruiter, we want to make it to the top and equip our new Tech Hub in Portugal with the best talent and most creative Tech people. In this role you will be a key member of the team attracting talented IT and Data professionals and delivering the vision of our Tech Hub.

What you can expect in this role

• Act as a professional sparring partner and trusted advisor in all talent acquisitions related matters as part of our HR team

• Drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment of professionals and leaders for our Tech Hub and enable our rapid growth ambitions

• Identify and approach technology talent via not only the traditional channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc) but also using other more creative and different approaches, all with the goal of building a sustainable pipeline of talents

• Enable a best-in-class candidate experience through clear, frequent and open communication along the application process

• Support HR and recruiting projects for the Tech Hub

• Be a key part in developing and fostering a positive and fun team at the Seven One Tech Hub

Your essential experience and education

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable subject area

• Well-versed in the challenges of modern recruiting, as you already have 3+ years of professional experience in IT & Tech Recruiting

• Profound understanding of sourcing strategy, talent mapping and ability to build a sustainable talent pipeline

• High level of commitment, independent and analytical thinking as well as a goal-oriented and pragmatic approach

• Strongly connected to the Porto Tech talent market, with a people-centric approach, and desire to meet new people every day

• Fluent in English and Portuguese
