What are you going to do?

• Leading the definition and implementation of the Testing Strategy and subsequent coordination of resources, tasks, risks, dependencies, and service requirements;
• Collaborate with delivery managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align the Test Strategy with program goals;
• Comfortable defining, implementing, and managing the functional and non-functional test stages across varied;
• Define testing objectives, scope, and entry/exit criteria for each workstream within the program;
• Define and track relevant quality metrics, KPI's;
• Roll out of clear, concise, and consistent test reporting;
• Incident management;
• Preparation of reports for Bi-Weekly Management Committee;

What are we looking for?

• Proficient in Confluence, JIRA and JIRA Xray;
• Experience of working in a fast-paced agile environment and the ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Master in QA Methodologies;
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Fluent in English - Written and Spoken;
• Proven Test Management and skills in relation to Agile/DevOps set up within projects.
