We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join our XVA IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the back-end systems that manage data related to xVA, compute high-risk impacts required for the hedging of the xVA book, and compute XVA for new trades.

You will be working on migrating these systems from batch processes to a service-based architecture, requiring excellent coding skills and software craftsmanship. As a Senior .NET Software Engineer, you will be a key player in the development of cutting-edge software that drives our business forward.

• Develop and maintain back-end systems that manage data related to xVA, compute high-risk impacts required for the hedging of the xVA book, and compute XVA for new trades
• Work on migrating these systems from batch processes to a service-based architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions that meet business requirements
• Create technical documentation, including design documents, code reviews, and release notes
• Ensure code quality, including writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and adhering to software development best practices

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET software development
• Deep understanding and experience in Object-Oriented Programming, patterns, and principles
• Excellent knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, and C#
• Strong experience in service-oriented architectures
• Demonstrable experience with MS SQL
• Knowledge of DevOps tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail is essential especially when under pressure and time constraints
• Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges
• Acts with integrity and discipline
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) at a B2+ level
