About the Role
As an IT Architect, you’ll develop the respective IT Architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals. You’ll ensure that the technical direction is consistent with our IT strategy and roadmap.

What You Will Do
Partner with HR leadership to influence information strategy.
Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure that the products and components meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
Foster value creation using the organization’s data assets and the external data ecosystem.
Review and integrate all requirements, including functional, integration, security, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
Lead the IT Architecture analysis, design, and implementation, ensuring that policies and guidelines are followed in the respective H2R area and beyond.
Assess the benefits and risks of information by using tools such as business capability models to create an information-centric view.
Validate requirements and obtain stakeholder buy-in for application and technical architecture designs within the IT and the H2R communities.
Identify and communicate any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas.
Support the development of architecture standards and manage exceptions to the standards.
Who You Are
Fluent in English.
You have significant experience in IT, with knowledge in information system design.
Have in-depth experience designing and implementing information solutions for the HR function.
You possess business acumen and the ability to communicate with executives, business domain stakeholders, and technical staff alike.
Data modeling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level.
You understand common information architecture frameworks and information models.
You’re familiar with data science concepts, as well as business intelligence, and data warehouse design and implementation techniques.
You have experience with distributed management and analytics in cloud and hybrid environments, and an understanding of a variety of data access and analytic approaches.
You have the ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
