Our client is a worlds leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. Since its establishment, they have consistently and successfully fulfilled their mission of creating inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains.

The project:

You wil be supporting Dutch-speaking clients of American clothing company which owns brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Warners, Olga and True & Co. The company also licenses brands such as Kenneth Cole New York and Michael Kors.

Your tasks:

• Listen to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
  
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
  
• Provide information about digital products;
  
• Rerouting of issues to other departments.
  

You only need:

• Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1) and communicative level of English (at least B2) are required.
  
• EU citizenship or full working rights.

Offer:

• Standard salary of 1298€ gross per month
  
• Public and private health insurance provided by the employer.
  
• The first contract for 12 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one).
