Department Overview

Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.
Job Description

Fundamental job responsibilities required:


- Lead a team of inbound sales reps who will answer and qualify customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services.
- Build processes and reports to hold team accountable and to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with performance marketing to analyze and optimize lead quality and email design and deliverability
- Continue to enhance and update lead qualification criteria
- Hire and train new team members
- Coach and nurture team members to build their skills and provide them with growth opportunities within the organization
- Educate team on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand products & solutions
- Work alongside other Inside Sales managers to update processes, understand changes happening, and communicate across teams
Additional Knowledge/Skills:
Deep understanding of Salesforce reports and dashboards to analyze data and to pivot accordingly
Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to maintain and improve qualification rates
- Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services and resolving
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our competitive landscape
- Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications


Basic Requirements

- Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively target and resolve issues.
- Superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).Perseverant; works hard and handles objections well

- Required native or fluent English and Spanish languages both verbal & writing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, and picking up new technologies quickly as we advance
- Professional, friendly and positive disposition
- Commitment to company vision, mission and values
Basic Requirements
EDUCATION: BA/BS preferred
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years, SaaS sales experience
