Requisitos:
- 12º ano de escolaridade;
- Experiência profissional em atendimento e receção;
- Experiência em serviços administrativos;
- Bons conhecimentos de MSOffice;
- Capacidade de análise, rigor e organização;
- Facilidade de relacionamento e de comunicação.
Tarefas e Responsabilidades:
- Apoio administrativo de secretariado às Unidades Orgânicas da instituição;
- Receção/atendimento e encaminhamento de pessoas e chamadas telefónicas;
- Preparação de documentos de trabalho para reuniões;
- Inserção de dados em aplicação informática sempre que necessário;
- Gestão de materiais e espaços comuns.
