What you can expect

What you'll do

• People Management – Provide for 1st line Managers with a clear sense of direction, work on their development, coach (COF) in order to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance , engagement and productivity;
• Manage a team of sales representatives, work on their development and provide them with training and support;
• Analyze and report main results and KPIs to the CCM and to the client;
• Identify potential risks and opportunities of improvement;
• Ensure the correct implementation of the standard processes and procedures.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level);
• Strong experience in Sales (essential);
• Solid experience managing teams, including Team Leaders;
• Strong experience with development and coaching;
• Availability to work at the office.
