We are looking for German speakers to provide high-quality customer service for a leading high-end car brand in Europe.

Your Profile

• German proficiency mandatory and fluent English
• Customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Passionate about the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory

Your responsibilities:

• General inquiries on car documentation ( e.g service history)
• Book appointments with a Dealerships and Recall
• Details on dealerships
• Warranty coverage
• Breakdown assistance on location (technician sent to location)
• Recovery assistance (vehicle transported to the dealership)
• Car app utilization, questions, and troubleshooting
