ABOUT THE JOB OPENING
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A UX/UI DESIGNER TO JOIN OUR TEAM

Our UX/UI Designer will play a key role in shaping the overall user experience and interface design for our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs.

YOU WILL

• Develop a thorough understanding of project requirements and user needs.

• Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.

• Co-create solutions to address user needs together with Product Managers and Developers.

• Think (really) big and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards your vision.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Ensure adequate handover of design solutions to Development teams through an accurate mapping of user flows and scenarios.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

• Work with our organization to improve processes and information systems.

• Analyze the cause of the problem and find solutions using your technical knowledge.

• Work with, and maintain alignment over, an existing Design System with other UX/UI designers.
  

YOU HAVE

• 4+ years of professional experience as UX/UI Designer.

• 1+ year of experience working on design systems.

• Proved experience in UX design

• Proficiency in Figma

• Experience in working with cross-functional Agile teams.

• Experience working agile methodologies and tools (Jira and Confluence).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.

• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
