Customer Representative based in Lisbon (Dutch Market)

This company's services include ride-hailing, food delivery, package delivery, couriers, and freight transportation.

Your Profile

• Proficient in Dutch
• Fluent in English
• You have a social and friendly personality
• Curious, problem solver, and a good listener

Your responsibilities

• Offer support for restaurants, private customers, and couriers
• Active contact through outbound calls to restaurants to start cooperation (onboarding)
• Uploading menus and ensuring accurate data entry
• Assisting the customer with questions about the order, delivery time, quality of the food, incomplete deliveries and any other inquiries
• Support the couriers with different queries (wrong or inaccurate addresses, non-availability of the customer, and more).
