Our client is a multinational media and digital marketing company and is currently recruiting an Purchase to Pay Team Leader for is SSC in Lisbon.
The purpose of this role is to supervise the execution of standard P2P activities for the market. The role will include identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implements process controls to ensure P2P deliverables are achieved on an accurate and timely basis
- Reviews process documentation ensuring compliance to policies and audit requirements
- Effectively supervises the team and its deliverables including execution on key process performance indicators
- Identifies continuous process improvement initiatives and implements best practices to achieve operational efficiencies
- Effectively identifies risk and manages escalations with key stakeholders where process deficiencies are identified
- Supervises provision of accurate, timely information to support external, internal and client audits
- Engages with stakeholders to understand the requirements, set expectations, address concerns and discuss them with their Operations Manager
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Management or similar;
- Minimum 4 years of leadership a team – preferably in a project business environment
- Advanced user of MS Office (especially Excel);
- User knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Concur;
- P2P experience on a Shared Services Center
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
- Effective business writing and professional communication skills
